Jack (John Barnes) Leddy, who died on Jan. 20, 2012, had been an Electronics Sales Manufacturer's Representative and was a proud Navy veteran of WWII. His wife, Jane Winter Leddy, who passed away on June 10, 2019, was an artist for most of her life. This site is devoted to their lives and to the history of the Leddy and Winter families. It was set up by their son Tom Leddy.

Perhaps we'll one day include a particular baby photo of our beloved Grandpa Winter. I found said photo at the farm showing Grandpa with long, flowing, girlish curls which was not unusual for baby boys of that era. It was an especially satisfying discovery since Grandpa was always teasing me about my long hair (it was the early 70's). When I showed him his old baby photo and teased him right back he got real quiet and never bothered me again about my hair.
